The Museum owns three non-contiguous buildings located in a complex which includes the Art Museum of 14,966 square feet, the Harris Auditorium of 2,274 square feet, and the Renee Foosaner Education Wing which is 11,300 square feet. Museum square footage totals 28,540.

The Foosaner Educational Wing is composed of an orientation space of 450 square feet. The remainder of the 5,800 square feet total is used for classrooms: a large painting and drawing studio, a pottery studio with ten wheels and several kilns, and a photo and printmaking studio with a dark room. All spaces are physically-challenged accessible. The Harris Auditorium is 2,274 square feet and is used for lectures, demonstrations, meetings, and performances. It seats 100 and is physically-challenged accessible. The Art Galleries are 7,500 square feet; collection storage 800 square feet, business office, shop, and storage comprise the remaining 6,666 square feet.

The Museum is located near the Indian River (Intercoastal waterway), one block from US1, five miles from I-95. It is in a reviving historic district and is across the street from the public library, Eau Gallie Civic Center, and numerous specialty and antique shops. The Museum does not run a food service but does have a small Museum shop. A parking lot adjacent to the Museum with landscaped areas are also owned and monitored by the Museum. Total land is approximately one and a half acres.
